Mr. Catafago has represented numerous high-profile clients in his decades of practice, including the Pepsi-Cola Metropolitan Bottling Company, Travelers Insurance, Lillian Vernon, Integrated Resources, Inc., Citibank, N.A., Key Food Supermarkets and the principals of DGB Property Investors. In 1996, he secured one of the highest punitive damage verdicts ever awarded in a civil rights lawsuit, brought by a homeless woman against the largest security firm in the world at the time, Borg Warner Protective Services. Many of his successful verdicts have been reported upon in the New York Law Journal and the New Jersey Law Journal.
